Senior Consultant
Responsibilities:
- The Sr Consultant will review the client's existing strategic plans to identify necessary updates to meet mission needs.
- This individual will also lead workforce assessments, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and help to identify workforce needs.
- This individual will draft Human Capital Operating Plans, designing necessary initiatives to meet workforce targets.
- Shall possess experience facilitating working sessions and presenting complex analyses to senior client stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of program and/or project management experience required.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, or supervise others.
- Experience in Financial Services and/or Life Sciences a plus.
- Prior consulting experience with Big4 or others a strong plus.
- Ability to drive specific critical deliverables and be an active contributing member of a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.
- Flexibility to travel on an as-needed basis.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant graduate degree, related certifications and other advanced credentials a plus.
