Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its capabilities for data engineering and analytics.
Exhibit expertise in developing and maintaining scalable data models, pipelines, and ingestion frameworks within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Possess strong proficiency in technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Apache NiFi, Flume, Kafka, SQL, Hive QL, Python, Scala, and PySpark.
Showcase experience in implementing security controls and best practices for data storage and processing within cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Display proficiency in building and managing Big Data solutions using technologies like HBase, Oozie, and Apache Spark.Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing workflows using workflow management systems like Apache Airflow.

Requirements:

Have hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Arcadia Data, Power BI, and Tableau for creating datasets and dashboards.
Exhibit strong scripting skills in Python and UNIX Shell Scripting for automation and data manipulation tasks.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to align data engineering solutions with business requirements and technical specifications.
Demonstrate expertise in performance tuning, optimization, and data refinement techniques within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Show proficiency in documentation practices to effectively communicate data engineering processes, data models, and system architectures.
Have the ability to provide production support, diagnose issues, and ensure smooth operations of data engineering solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of data engineering within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contribute to innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities:

The Sr Consultant will review the client's existing strategic plans to identify necessary updates to meet mission needs.
This individual will also lead workforce assessments, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and help to identify workforce needs.
This individual will draft Human Capital Operating Plans, designing necessary initiatives to meet workforce targets.
Shall possess experience facilitating working sessions and presenting complex analyses to senior client stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

4-6 years of program and/or project management experience required.
Proven ability to lead, manage, or supervise others.
Experience in Financial Services and/or Life Sciences a plus.
Prior consulting experience with Big4 or others a strong plus.
Ability to drive specific critical deliverables and be an active contributing member of a team.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.
Flexibility to travel on an as-needed basis.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Relevant graduate degree, related certifications and other advanced credentials a plus.
